You likely will have come to us because you don't have all the answers so we are not going to request from you a whole bunch of stuff that basically does our job for us. That defeats the point, right? We will need you to have a your thoughts in order in terms of your reason for hiring, budget, company future plans, that sort of thing. We can help you shape everything into a tangible role that we will then hire against.
A lot of variables come into play here like skills availability in the job market, types of assessments needed and most importantly, how responsive you are. Some roles could be filled in a few days whilst others might take a month or more. We can give approximate timescales as we are looking at more of the detail around the role, package and location.
If someone we place in your company doesn't work out for whatever reason, we will replace that person free of charge within a certain timeframe. We are proud to say that it hasn't actually happened yet as we spend a lot of time making sure that everything is right for both the people we place and the companies we work with.
We have tried to keep our fee structure simple and cost effective. It's important that our pricing is sustainable for both parties. If you use us for one off hires, on an adhoc basis, our fee is 17.5% of offered salary with no additional fees. If you use us for your HR needs and sign on to one of our HR support packages (starting at £150 per month) then our fee drops to 12.5%. If you have a set of hires then talk to us about set prices as we are able to reduce pricing based if we are able to plan longer.
