Initially, just your time. You likely will have come to us because you don't have all the answers so we are not going to request from you a whole bunch of stuff that basically does our job for us. That defeats the point, right? We will need you to have a your thoughts in order in terms of your reason for hiring, budget, company future plans, that sort of thing. We can help you shape everything into a tangible role that we will then hire against.
We can start advising and working towards resolving your most pressing people issues immediately. Some HR issues can't be resolved straight away as they might involve a longer term strategic approach. With that said, we work with startups and small businesses for a reason, the reason at which they can and want to move. We like to reflect that in our operations and support.

Our fees start at £150 per month for up to 3 peoples/early stage startups. Our prices do increase based on the number of people in your organisation but we have made sure our prices are fair and sustainable for both us and you.

We invest a lot of time in the initial setup and audit so we do ask for a minimum contract term of 12 months. With that said, if you're a solo founder getting ready to hire your first person, so you bring us on board to help and set everything up, and then you subsequently decide to stay solo for a while, we would not then hold you to that contract. Our philosophy is that there are real people people any company and we treat those people with the same respect and kindness that we would wish to be treated with.
